The Camp Canada Work & Travel Program helps you begin your journey towards gaining more than a year's work experience in Canada. After the camp experience, choose your own adventure, as you explore further work and travel opportunities for up to 2 years!

Our Work & Travel Program is designed for those who want to immerse themselves in Canadian culture and see all the beauty that Canada has to offer while also working hard.
With a 12-week minimum commitment at camp working in a support worker role, you’ll earn money, gain valuable experience, meet people from all over the world and then have the freedom to work and adventure across Canada!
There are various support staff roles available for your initial 12-week minimum camp placement, such as:
- General Kitchen
- Dining Hall
- Food Prep
- Dishwasher
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Maintenance

Your costs
- IEC - $272CAD*
- Biometrics - $85CAD (Travel may be required to provide Biometrics in closest Biometrics Processing Office)
- Flights - Approx. $1500CAD
- Police Check
- Miscellaneous funds (e.g. spending money for when you land at airport/days off)
- Fee to Camp Canada - $0 CAD! Unlike many work & travel programs, Camp Canada does not charge you a fee. Instead, your participation in the Camp Canada program is subsidized by the camp you are placed at.

Earn money
- $3000 - minimum compensation for 12-week placement*
*Some camps may choose to divide this amount between a $2700 salary plus a $300 work contract completion bonus
🎂 19-30 years old by June 1st (you may be eligible up to 35 years old depending on country of citizenship, get in touch to find out more)
🧑🎓 Currently a student or intend to study within one year of travel to Canada
🗓️ Availability starting between May-June with a minimum of 12-week work requirement. Some camps may have employment available until September - October
🚨 Clean criminal background
🇨🇦 Qualify for an IEC or have another visa that allows you to work in Canada
💳 Proof of $2,500 in your bank account (at least 1 week before your travel date)
🗣️ Good English skills (Conversational level)
